Here at Cinnamon Tree, our highly skilled Head Chef holding more than 19 years of experience, devotedly recreates the mouth-watering flavours and aromas of the classical dishes of India. Traditional techniques and spices have also been the inspiration for fine new dishes designed to excite the adventurous palate.

Our Chef prepares all our dishes by personally selecting and using only the finest and freshest of ingredients. This is combined with the very best spices especially selected and prepared by our Chef.
